Responsibilities
- Delight guests with exceptional customer service at front desk, concierge, or housekeeping stations
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes using property management systems
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas to brand standards
- Collaborate with team members to resolve guest inquiries and requests
- Support daily operations including inventory management and supply restocking
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop hospitality skills
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during shifts
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
