Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the lobby and throughout the property.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our modern property management system.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and public spaces.
- Assist with coordinating housekeeping services and maintenance requests as needed.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to uphold our high standards of hygiene and safety.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale technology.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects when necessary.
- Valid driver's license may be required for specific roles.
