Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Services: Handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests with efficiency and empathy.
- Maintenance Standards: Ensure all public areas, guest rooms, and facilities are spotless and well-maintained.
- Check-in/Out: Process reservations and guest check-ins using hotel management software accurately.
- Support Operations: Assist in coordinating housekeeping schedules and maintenance requests.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with the front office and back-of-house teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs) for extended periods.
