Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally.
- Assist with lobby operations, including concierge services and bell services.
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and a professional appearance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
