Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, concierge, and valet operations during peak weekend hours
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with precision and efficiency using resort management systems
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and coordinate with housekeeping/food & beverage teams
- Process payments accurately and maintain financial transaction records
- Execute weekend shift opening/closing procedures including cash reconciliation
- Upsell resort amenities, dining packages, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Marriott Bonvoy preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual capabilities a plus
- Ability to work flexible weekends including holidays and overnight shifts
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record for valet duties
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
