Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, processing payments and handling reservations.
- Assist with housekeeping duties, including making beds, restocking amenities, and vacuuming.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, addressing guest inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 25 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
