Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, check-in/check-out, and concierge stations
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and room status maintenance
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Perform basic administrative tasks including reservations and billing support
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in public areas and back-of-house spaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all brand standards and company protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No prior hotel experience required – training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license (for airport shuttle roles if applicable)
