Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and the lobby.
- Assist the front desk team with check-ins, check-outs, and answering inquiries.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to uphold hotel standards.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
