Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests across front desk, concierge, and housekeeping roles
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using property management systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly with solution-oriented approaches
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Upsell hotel amenities, dining packages, and local experiences
- Maintain strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or luxury customer service experience
- Proficient in PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas Food Handler certification (if food service role)
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
