Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)

- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and holidays

- Basic cash handling and financial reconciliation skills
