Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized check-in/check-out experiences
- Manage reservations and optimize room assignments for maximum occupancy
- Coordinate housekeeping operations to maintain impeccable cleanliness standards
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Execute upselling strategies for premium rooms and amenities
- Maintain accurate financial records and POS system transactions
- Collaborate with food & beverage team for seamless guest experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Basic knowledge of Jacksonville tourism attractions
- Valid Florida driver's license (for shuttle drivers)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
