Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service during their stay.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including handling payments and reservations.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local Memphis attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby, reception area, and guest rooms to high standards of hygiene.
- Respond to guest requests promptly via phone, email, or in person.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use property management systems.
