Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly to address guest inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area at all times.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and adhere to all financial policies.
- Resolve guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel reservation systems is a plus.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
