Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Assistance: Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, answer inquiries, and provide local recommendations.
- Housekeeping Support: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, common areas, and the lobby.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle phone calls, manage reservations, and process payments accurately.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns promptly and efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and maintenance staff to ensure seamless hotel operations.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Customer Service: A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help others.
- Reliability: Punctuality and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
