Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and ensure a positive first impression.
- Housekeeping Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas, following strict sanitation standards.
- Communication: Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns or complaints with empathy and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow staff members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
