Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and public areas.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with empathy and resolve them to their satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
