Responsibilities
- Execute seamless check-in and check-out procedures with a focus on accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Manage incoming calls and guest inquiries promptly, maintaining a professional and welcoming tone at all times.
- Address guest requests and resolve complaints with empathy, resourcefulness, and a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and visually appealing to reflect our high standards of luxury.
- Process payments accurately and handle all financial transactions securely using our property management system.
- Cross-train with other hotel departments to provide support and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Stay informed about local attractions, events, and dining options to provide personalized recommendations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polished demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Oracle).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and assist with luggage or heavy lifting when necessary.
