Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding guest service at check-in/check-out
- Assist with luggage and guest inquiries
- Maintain clean and organized public areas
- Operate reservation systems and POS terminals
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle guest complaints professionally
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
