Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout their stay
- Assist with room preparation and maintain cleanliness standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Operate front desk systems and manage reservations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Support hotel events and special functions
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary - training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency
