Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout the guest stay
- Assist with daily housekeeping operations including room cleaning and public area maintenance
- Support food and beverage service in our hotel restaurant and bar areas
- Manage reservations and coordinate guest requests efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all operational areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
Qualifications
- No prior hotel or hospitality experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
