Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service at front desk, concierge, or housekeeping roles
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas following brand standards
- Process reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and handle guest inquiries with professionalism
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate when necessary
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance service skills
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required - we train all team members!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems

- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Texas ID or work authorization
