Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service through personalized check-in/check-out processes
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas exceeding industry standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests promptly
- Assist with event setup and conference room preparations for diverse clientele
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures with precision
- Conduct routine safety inspections and emergency protocol drills
- Support food and beverage operations during peak service hours
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide comprehensive onboarding
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English
