Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
- Valid California driver's license (if required for position)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
