Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across all hotel touchpoints including check-in, concierge, and housekeeping
- Operate POS systems, manage reservations, and handle billing transactions with precision
- Maintain immaculate room standards and public areas following brand protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak shifts and special events
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Adhere to all safety, health, and sanitation regulations
- Participate in daily shift briefings and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Valid state driver's license (if driving required for position)
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
