Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout the guest stay
- Manage reservations and coordinate room assignments efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and guest rooms
- Assist with daily operational tasks including inventory management
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage POS systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid California driver's license (if required for duties)
