Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the hotel lobby and common areas
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle guest requests for amenities and services
- Assist with luggage and transportation arrangements
- Follow all safety and security protocols
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred
