Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service through attentive front desk operations and concierge support
- Manage room inventory and coordinate housekeeping staff for optimal efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Process check-ins/checkouts and manage payment transactions accurately
- Collaborate with dining and event teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across public and back-of-house areas
- Participate in shift handovers and daily briefings for operational alignment
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (Spanish fluency a plus)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems
- Valid Florida driver's license (if driving guest shuttles)
- Professional appearance and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Must pass background check and drug screening
