Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in, check-out, and during all interactions
- Monitor hotel security and safety protocols throughout night shift
- Manage room status updates and coordinate with housekeeping team
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly
- Operate hotel management systems (PMS) and point-of-sale terminals
- Perform nightly audits and financial reconciliation tasks
- Respond to emergency situations following established procedures
- Collaborate with security team to maintain a safe environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency with hotel management systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
