Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day financial reconciliation and report generation
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Monitor security systems and building access
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process credit card transactions and cash handling
- Update reservation systems and maintain guest records
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with Opera or similar PMS systems
- Flexible schedule availability (overnight shifts required)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of hotel security protocols
