Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service in hotel front desk, housekeeping, or food & beverage roles
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel software
- Prepare and maintain guest rooms to brand standards
- Assist with event setup and service for hotel functions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if driving required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
