Responsibilities

  • Check-in and check-out guests with warmth, efficiency, and accuracy, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
  • Manage hotel reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries using the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing exceptional customer service and local El Paso recommendations.
  • Maintain a pristine front desk area and lobby, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Process payments and handle cash handling procedures in strict adherence to company financial policies.
  • Assist with concierge services, including luggage handling and transportation arrangements.

Qualifications
