Responsibilities
- Check-in and check-out guests with warmth, efficiency, and accuracy, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
- Manage hotel reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing exceptional customer service and local El Paso recommendations.
- Maintain a pristine front desk area and lobby, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Process payments and handle cash handling procedures in strict adherence to company financial policies.
- Assist with concierge services, including luggage handling and transportation arrangements.
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues and maintain room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Mandatory Requirement: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
