Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner upon arrival.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones and routing calls efficiently.
- Check guests in and out, verifying identification and collecting necessary information.
- Handle inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with a polite and welcoming phone manner.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with standard office software.
