Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, or food & beverage departments
- Maintain cleanliness and operational standards in guest areas and back-of-house
- Process reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and payment transactions accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies
- Support daily inventory and supply management
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability for day/night/weekend shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer literacy (reservation systems, POS)
