Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and concierge operations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas with attention to detail
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak shifts and special events
- Adhere to safety protocols and sanitation standards per CDC guidelines
- Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Basic computer literacy with POS system experience a plus
- Valid Louisiana hospitality certification (if applicable)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of New Orleans tourism assets a plus
