Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during weekend check-ins, check-outs, and throughout their stay
- Manage front desk operations including reservations, billing inquiries, and room assignments
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest room standards are met
- Handle guest requests promptly and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling as needed
- Participate in weekend shift briefings and team meetings
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (for valet duties)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
