Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance operations during weekend shifts
- Train and mentor staff on service standards and emergency protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries and operational challenges with professionalism
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure team performance metrics are met
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless weekend transitions
- Manage inventory and resource allocation for weekend operations
- Implement and uphold brand safety and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel supervisory experience required
- Proven weekend shift leadership in hospitality settings
- Strong conflict resolution and team management abilities
- Knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, PMS)
- Valid Kansas hospitality certification preferred
- Flexible weekend availability (Fri-Sun, 11am-11pm)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently under pressure
