Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to 5-star standards
- Manage inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and sustainability practices
- Provide turndown service and respond to guest requests efficiently
- Coordinate with room service and engineering teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality
- Valid California Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 25 lbs
- Attention to detail with impeccable organizational skills
- Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Fluent English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of green cleaning practices preferred
