Responsibilities
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of guest rooms, suites, and common areas using advanced techniques and eco-friendly products
- Execute detailed room turnover procedures including changing linens, restocking amenities, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with engineering team for prompt resolution
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards for inventory management of cleaning supplies
- Provide personalized guest assistance with special requests and turndown services
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to optimize efficiency during peak occupancy periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality or similar environment
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness excellence
- Valid North Carolina driver's license preferred
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment maintenance
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
