Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and amenities are stocked and replenished in guest and resident areas.
- Maintain a high standard of visual appearance, ensuring all rooms are spotless and organized.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols and company policies.
- Interact professionally and courteously with clients, residents, and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
