Responsibilities
- Cleaning & Sanitization: Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms according to our high standards.
- Floor Care: Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop hard floors to ensure a pristine appearance.
- Bedding & Linens: Change bed linens, make beds with hospital corners, and replenish toiletries.
- Organization: Organize closets, straighten up living spaces, and ensure all items are returned to their proper places.
- Trash Management: Empty trash bins and take out garbage in a timely manner.
- Client Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Equipment Maintenance: Properly use and clean all cleaning equipment and supplies.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable for scheduled shifts.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Communication: Basic English skills required to communicate effectively with clients and management.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a strong desire to deliver a perfect clean.
- Background Check: Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to travel between job sites.
