Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms, suites, and public areas.
- Make beds and change linens according to strict hotel standards.
- Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.) in guest bathrooms.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners regularly.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and polish surfaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds comfortably.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
