Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Change linens and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) in guest rooms and bathrooms.
- Move furniture and equipment as needed to facilitate deep cleaning tasks.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or missing items and report them immediately to the supervisor.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure guest privacy and respect at all times during cleaning routines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow specific cleaning checklists.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
