Responsibilities
- Execute Deep-Cleaning Protocols: Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms to meet our high luxury standards.
- Restock and Supply Management: Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and replenish amenities such as toiletries and linens for clients.
- Laundry Management: Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry according to client preferences and care instructions.
- Organization and Decluttering: Maintain an organized environment by tidying up clutter and arranging furniture where appropriate.
- Sanitization: Pay special attention to high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, counters) to ensure health and safety standards.
- Client Communication: Provide friendly, professional, and discreet service to homeowners and property managers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional residential housekeeping experience.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, trustworthy, and able to maintain a consistent attendance record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle are required.
- Flexibility: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting dust, stains, and imperfections.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
