Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, corridors, and common areas to the highest industry standards.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop all hard floors and surfaces, ensuring no dust bunnies are left behind.
- Change linens and ensure all bedding is fresh, tucked, and arranged perfectly.
- Empty trash and recycling bins, replacing liners and organizing waste areas.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, lotion, and toilet paper in private and public restrooms.
- Maintain the organization of closets and storage spaces according to company protocols.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the facility manager.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine pride in workmanship.
- Reliable transportation and a proven track record of punctuality.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; experience in hotel or residential cleaning is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
