Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Change bed linens, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and replenish amenities to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the maintenance department immediately.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and waste disposal.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and fellow staff members.
- Ensure the efficient organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus but not required for entry-level applicants.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English language skills for communication.
