Responsibilities
- Room Attendant Duties: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
- Sanitation: Maintain high hygiene standards by using approved cleaning chemicals and disinfectants safely and effectively.
- Restocking: Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Inspection: Perform quality control inspections of your work area to ensure all tasks are completed to perfection.
- Reporting: Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
- Organization: Keep linen closets and storage areas organized and tidy.
- Guest Interaction: Interact professionally with guests and respond to their requests in a timely and courteous manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and the ability to spot even the smallest imperfections.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business demands.
