Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces according to established safety and sanitation standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are fully stocked and organized.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and polish surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Ensure the secure and efficient handling of guest belongings and cleaning supplies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- No prior experience required; full training will be provided for entry-level candidates.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and bending/reaching frequently.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a friendly attitude.
