Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Ensure all amenities, linens, and toiletries are stocked and arranged according to brand standards.
- Restock housekeeping carts and maintain organization in linen closets and storage areas.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or broken equipment immediately to the supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Provide courteous and efficient service to guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and push heavy carts.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
