Responsibilities
- Maintain Pristine Environments: Execute thorough cleaning protocols for guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a flawless appearance.
- Sanitation & Safety: Adhere strictly to all cleaning chemicals and safety guidelines to ensure a healthy environment for residents and guests.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and amenities to ensure the housekeeping cart is fully equipped for daily tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Identify and address specific areas requiring deep cleaning or maintenance, reporting any damages or maintenance issues to management promptly.
- Time Management: Efficiently complete assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled timeframe to maximize productivity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Reliability: A consistent work history and the ability to show up on time and ready to work every day.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
- Equipment: Basic knowledge of using cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and buffers.
