Responsibilities
- Perform Deep Cleaning: Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Bed Making: Change linens, make beds according to strict hotel standards, and ensure all amenities are stocked.
- Sanitation: Disinfect high-touch surfaces and follow all health and safety protocols to ensure guest safety.
- Restock Supplies: Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report when more is needed.
- Organization: Ensure all items are returned to their designated places and remove trash and debris efficiently.
- Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level applicants; full training will be provided.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and a commitment to excellence.
- Communication: Basic English skills to follow instructions and communicate with the team.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required by the business.
